Thankfully all the hospital bills were taken care off hassle free thanks to Lynn. No cumbersome forms to be completed nor signed. No to and fro. I had absolutely no worries about making payments or claims. After being discharged almost 2 months later, Lynn further advised us the difference types of claims that we were entitled to ie TCM, therapy, outpatient etc. Claims were done easily, sent to her electronically and approved via the AIA app seamlessly as well.
I would like to thank Lynn for her patience, diligence, and commitment in following up especially during an unfortunate event of a claim.
